Terms and conditions
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission or re-entry to a performance. The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Latecomers may either be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance, or be refused admission. Any recording of the performance (either audio or visual) is prohibited. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises.
Age Recommendations Some of our shows have age recommendations, and children can only be admitted with adequate adult supervision. We welcome younger children, but if they become unsettled during a performance we may ask you to take them outside.
Collecting at the Box Office Tickets may be collected from the Box Office any time between 4pm and 8.30pm Wednesday to Saturday. We recommend picking up your tickets at least half an hour before the performance begins. Please bring along the card you paid with and proof of eligibility for any discounted tickets. Comedy tickets can be collected from 4pm on the day of the performance.
Posting Tickets To avoid unauthorised resale of tickets, tickets will not be posted out and should be collected from the Box Office.
Payment We accept Cash, VISA, AMEX, Mastercard & Maestro.
Refunds We will not refund any purchased tickets. Once purchased tickets cannot be refunded. We will only offer ticket refunds for cancelled shows from our side.
Cancellation If the confirmation is signed make sure you have read our terms & conditions which we sent to you together with the confirmation for large groups or diner arrangements.
