Boom Chicago reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be noted immediately. If you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, Boom Chicago may exclude you from the site and/or take legal steps against you.

Why Purchase your tickets online?
Buying tickets online is quick and convenient, and you don't have to worry about picking up your tickets in advance. Simply come to our box office at your scheduled arrival time and the tickets will be waiting for you.

Types of Payment Accepted
Payment of your purchase is possible through iDEAL (ABN Amro, Rabobank & Postbank), Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

All payments via iDEAL (ABN Amro, Rabobank & Postbank) are handled by ABN AMRO Bank on behalf of the merchants affiliated to our service. ABN AMRO Bank collects your financial information via a secure connection and sends it to the banking institution carrying out the financial transaction. This payment method uses SSL standards to secure our Internet connections. For a page confirming that ABN AMRO Bank is a certificate holder, just click this link.

iDEAL payments are only available to our Dutch customers at the moment.

Payments by credit card are handled by our partners PaySquare. PaySquare uses the latest in security systems (SSL), which decrease the safety risks for buyer and seller.

Prices
All prices are subject to change. The prices used on the Boom Chicago website are listed in Euros. The Seller reserves the right to make general adjustments to the prices at any time, with the exception of running orders.

Delivery
Tickets purchased on the Boom Chicago website are not sent to you. Tickets are always held for you at our box office (Leidseplein 12, 1017 PT, Amsterdam, Netherlands) up until the night of your reservation. There is no need to pick them up in advance.

Cancelled Shows
Boom Chicago reserves the right to cancel or reschedule shows. Should this occur, we will work with you to reschedule, or refund your tickets.

Confirmation of Purchase
After purchasing a ticket/s via our website you will see a confirmation screen which will contain your unique reservation number. You will also receive a confirmation email containing this unique reservation number. You need to provide your unique reservation number to our box office staff in order to collect your tickets.

Cancellation Policy / Refunds / Changing Tickets
Please make sure that you choose the correct date, ticket, or package before you confirm your online purchase. Tickets and packages are nonrefundable.

If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered seats to a rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance or the performance is not rescheduled, a full refund will be given.

In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to the Reservations and Sales manager at sil@boomchicago.nl. For accounting purposes this application must be received within 30 days from the date of the cancelled performance.

Service costs for online bookings are not refundable.

Fraud Protection
Each order for tickets placed via the Boom Chicago website is allocated a unique reservation number. This unique reservation number is provided to you in the final stage of your online ticket purchase via a webpage and also in a confirmation email. When you collect your tickets from the Boom Chicago box office you will be asked to provide your unique reservation number. At this stage our box office staff will note in our reservation system that your tickets have been collected. It is then impossible to collect the same tickets again with the same reservation number.

In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present:

- A valid photo ID, driver's license or passport
- The credit card you used to purchase the tickets
- Your confirmation number

The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from Boom Chicago or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.

Boom Chicago's policy is that the cardholder must be present when picking up tickets left for collection at the Box Office. This is necessary for reasons of fraud prevention. It is possible for the cardholder to give the person collecting the tickets a Letter of Authorisation to pass to the venue allowing them to collect the tickets on their behalf.

Letters of Authorisation must include the following information as standard:

- Full name and address of customer booking tickets
- Customer's telephone number
- Unique Booking number
- Number of tickets purchased
- Name of person collecting tickets
- Type of ID that the person collecting the tickets will provide
- Last 4 digits of the payment card used to make the booking
- The person collecting the tickets should bring the ID specified in the letter.

Our online payment partners in ABN AMRO bank and PaySquare use SSL standards to secure our Internet connections.

Privacy
Boom Chicago respects the privacy of every user. All information you enter on our website will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Restricted Use
Without special permission from Boom Chicago, you are not allowed to distribute, modify, publish or use any information on this site unless for buying tickets or searching for general or promotional information for your personal use. You are not allowed to publish links to our website, unless you have special permission from Boom Chicago. All content and software on this site is owned by Boom Chicago or its partners, for which all rights are reserved.

Access to Our Website and Disturbing Its Functionality
The use of robots, spiders or any other tool to monitor or disturb our website is strictly forbidden. By using our website, you accept you may not use any software or routine that can disturb the functionality of our site. Unless you have written permission by Ticket Boom Chicago, you furthermore accept you may not copy, modify, publish or use any information on this site other than for your own private use.

You understand and accept that Boom Chicago may exclude you from its site in case of misuse or breaching any of our terms of use without prior notice. We will also report the case to the police and take legal steps to receive compensation for any financial loss or damage.
