Head Chef Dave Cahill with collaboration from author-foodie Zora O’Neil have been inspired by regions all across the United States to create The Boom Chicago 10 Menu.
From New York mod to Southern tangy to Los Angeles chic, the menu matches the fun of our shows. Noodles come in Chinese take out boxes with fortune cookies. Soup is served in a glass for sipping. Our amuse is macaroni and cheese!

- California salad Crisp lettuce with strawberries, avocado and a poppy seed dressing
- Midwestern roasted tomato soup All soup tomatoes should be roasted
- An amuse of macaroni and cheese Like mom used to make (if she made it fresh like we do)
- Chicago Greektown grilled lamb cubes with a garlic tzaziki sauce and crispy pita triangle
- Laksa Noodles, San Francisco Style with chicken, coconut, lemongrass, ginger, coriander and galangal
- Tangy barbeque picnic chicken marinated in our secret spices
- Homemade coleslaw, American style
- Bourbon pecan chocolate square Booze & chocolate. What’s not to love?
- New England blueberry cream pastry Delicious!
- Lemon cake punctured with lemon glaze

For little girls, we offer The Boom Chicago 7 Menu with 30% less excitement. Items 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 (meat or vegetarian) for €29,95 per person (ex BTW)
Mixing and matching from the regular and vegetarian menus is possible for a €4 surcharge per person. Items subject to change.
